Had a fantastic stay at Trevor's place in Chinatown. Great location close to the parks and public transport. Neat, tidy and with a great view. Trevor was super friendly, definately recommended and would love to stay again.

Trevor has been very helpful, co-operative and courteous too. He was a gentleman and allowed to stay for 2 more days extra at a very short notice. Myself and family enjoyed staying there and would recomend to our friends coming to Calgary.

Awesome place right in the downtown. Had a wonderful time at the urban pad with my family. Cozy, convenient, no need for a car. we stayed for a week. Trevor is a wonderful helpful guy.my family and i will stay in Urban pad if we ever were in calgary and strongly recommend too

The apartment in very centrally located in downtown Calgary, with lots of tasty Chinese food nearby. Located near several bridges into and out of town and is relatively quiet for a city at night. Parking is a bit awkward in the area, as it's quite expensive to pay for the day, so I'd suggest against bringing a car if possible. The apartment itself cleverly used mirrors to make it feel quite roomy. Mini sized fridge, so if you're looking to do some crazy cooking while there, be forewarned, but still perfect for a couple of days or a frequent eat out stay. There are plenty of dishes and glasses if you require so many! Also, there was some tasty food stuffs in the fridge for consumption, which I did just that too. It has a balcony overlooking Chinatown and the river, with double doors to keep out the cold. The place was clean and tidy, with extra linens if needed (perfect for building blanket forts). I made use of the mini laundry room during my stay and met a very friendly janitor. All in all, it was lovely! In the words of the Terminator, "I will be back!" But, in a less menacing way.

We spent a week at trevor's studio apartment. The location is fabulous, within walking distance to all of the downtown Calgary attractions. Trevor was a great host, meeting us at the prearranged time and quickly rectifying a problem with the bed. The only down side is the lack of free parking during the day. We did easily find free parking after 6pm. Highly recommended.

We had a very comfortable stay in Trevor's condo. It was quite warm and very clean. Not only that, but also it's location is excellent! Trevor is also a nice host that explained everything related to services we might need during our stay and gave us access to reach him anytime we need during our stay. Loved the location of this apartment. We walked to the Calgary Stampede Parade and also to the show ground. Easy to get bus and train anywhere we wanted and also good for downtown bars and eateries. Recommend Milestones, The Bear and Kilt and Blue Vinnies. Also the Heritage Park was a real blast with lots going on and the Stampede of course!

I think you should add...that the Airport Express Bus 300 stops less than a block away on the corner of your street and Centre Street. This is a HUGE bonus to anyone coming from, or going to, the airport. We really enjoyed your eating and drinking recommendations, sampling Milestones (not, unfortunately, whilst Adam was there), the Bear and Kilt, and Blue Vinnies. All exactly as described and just what we needed. A big thank you for that.

The place is exactly what one would expect based on the description. It's a budget bachelor place in Chinatown, but a five minute walk from the middle of downtown. Location, location, location. The place was clean and Trevor was awesome.

Trevor's apartment was comfortable and quiet while close to the hustle and bustle of downtown Calgary. There were lots of restaurants close by and transit and C-Train were only a few blocks away. Trevor was a great host and was able to help out with directions to local shopping.

I arrived at 10:30 on Sunday night and there was someone there to meet me and show me around. No problems.
The apartment is on the seventh floor has a kitchen area, bathroom and living room/bedroom area. The balcony overlooks the Bow River. Its a cosy spot and I was very comfortable staying here.
Its located in Calgary Chinatown, which is downtown, near to the parkland along the Bow River. There are Chinese and Vietnamese restaurants close by, a small Chinese mall two doors up, and all of the downtown coffee shops and restaurants a couple of blocks away.
For those on a tight budget, you can catch the airport bus and get dropped of 1/2 block away from the apartment.
I have traveled to Calgary a lot, and stayed in many of the overpriced hotels downtown. I would stay here again if I have to make the trip again.

We stayed at Trevor's place for almost four weeks having just moved to Calgary.
Trevor was very kind, helpful and was always on hand when we had any queries.
The place is in a great location in Downtown and only a walk from the C-Train and Stephen's Avenue, where there are many places to eat and drink.
The apartment had all we needed as we settled into the city and was very tidy, and it was peaceful, well laid out and also has balcony facing the River Bow at the back!
I would definitely recommend a stay at Trevor's pad and also wish him well for the future.

The condo was in a great downtown location (chinatown). Communication with the host was great (even though he was out of the country) and lots of helpful info left in the condo.... lists of good local restaurants and shops etc.

I didn't actually get to meet Trevor but he was friendly on the phone and all went easily. The apartment was in Calgary's Chinatown, which though small, has great character with its shops and residents. The apartment was clean and an excellent location for my purpose, right off Centre St. and a 10 minute walk from the Convention Centre and business centre which was my destination. Worked well.

Trevor's place was perfect for the northeast downtown building I needed to go to for work - 1 to 2 blocks from the +15, which is a great network of connected buildings so you don't have to walk outside much in the -20C cold! To contrast with the previous reviews, I found it properly cleaned (he said he has gotten new cleaners), the thermostat/heat worked well, and extra blankets were in the closet. Thanks Trevor.

Trevor was a terrific host. I was here for a conference at the convention downtown and the location worked perfectly! It felt safe walking down Centre St, and was only 5 blocks away. There were some really nice places to eat and explore in Chinatown as well. The building is a bit dated but the condo itself had everything you may need, wifi, cable TV, kitchen, etc. I would definitely stay here again! He even went out of his way to arrange for airport transfer since I didn't have a phone to call the cab. Thanks for being an accommodating host!
